Troy Speech Therapy is currently an in-network provider for United HealthCare, Medical Mutual, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Optum, and Cigna insurances.  Please call the number on your card to find out exactly what type of coverage you have for speech-language pathology services prior to scheduling your appointment.  Some insurance companies will require a physician's order.  Please bring your card to your first appointment.  If you forget your card we will require payment in full at the time of service.

 

Our services will qualify for reimbursement from a Health Savings Account (HSA). 

 

At this time we are not a provider for Medicare*, Medicaid**, Caresource**, Molina, or Amerigroup (please see below).

• Have I met my deductible?

• What is my copay?
